Victor Welman joined the Key Leaves project to support the CEO and CSO to develop the first BC for their idea.
As the project developed the relationship with the shareholders got stronger he was appointed as CFO. He holds responsability on the financial planning as well contributes to define the company structure and investments strategy.
With a strong background on engineering, innovation and project management Victor is supporting KL on several of their endeavours.
After graduating in the ITA, knows as the Brazilian MIT, Victor aquired a broad international experience and language skills working as local hire or expat on Brazil, Bolivia, Italy, Germany, UK, US, Portugal and China.
PMP certified since 2009 and with a PG in Project Managment from ISBB, currently Based in Munich, Victor is responsible for R&D projects on a major telecom system provider with teams spread among Germany, Poland, Israel, USA (east and west
coast) and China.
